     At the launch of our product, we plan on distributing a few of our products to some online creators big on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. With their social media fans and interests, we plan on capturing the desires of millions worldwide with our product. To the consumers, we plan on offering the four standard colorways. As content creators become a big influence on our company, we plan on offering special designs and colorways dedicated to their fans. To those with certain needs, for example the disabled, we plan on adding features in the future to help aid them in their day to day life.

     Our product plans to replace the average person from carrying heavy items such as backpacks, groceries, suitcases, or even a purse or personal belongings on the go. With a survey we conducted, it was apparent that many people found themselves carrying a lot of items with them when they go out. For the convenience of the user, we also included the portable charger for the users to charge their handheld devices. We also found out that a lot of people found their phones draining battery everytime they go out, and those who do not have access to portable chargers. We also wanted to target the youth as well, and what best way to approach this was with music. We decided to include bluetooth speakers for users to listen to music on the go. No need to regret leaving your portable charger or speaker behind, because it is on the go!

Competitive Advantage

     Our product is one of a kind. The LaFlaire Bag is the first portable hands free platform, which follows the user around wherever they go. Our bag also sports portable Bluetooth speakers and portable chargers for the convenience of the user. The LaFlaire Bag would cost only $95.

      Products that come close to our company is the Modobag, a portable suitcase which you can actually ride on. Our vision is to have our product a “norm” in society, and have the LaFlaire Bag a household name. The Modobag in the other hand costs up to $1,300 to purchase, not to mention it is just a suitcase which limits its use to airports and travel. 

Marketing Strategy

     As we begin to sell our product, we plan on selling this on our online store. To promote ourselves to a broader audience, we plan on making ads on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter. We would also place our ads on websites, newspapers, television commercials, YouTube ads, and magazines. We will also sponsor YouTube creators to help promote our product to their audience, giving them discount codes and limited time offers for more interest.

Pricing strategy

     Our pricing strategy will  be based on the total that we have to pay for each individual carrier to be made. This means that we need to make the total that we spent on the product and try to profit by it little by little slowly raising prices as our product goes into demand
